How can I cancel my unpaid bank transfer order? If you would like to cancel an unpaid order, log into your account. In the billing information section, click on "Show Details". A page will be displayed in which the payment details for your order are listed. At the bottom of the page, click on "Cancel" if you do not want to buy this premium time period any longer. Note, if you have not paid an order after 90 days, the order will be cancelled automatically. Please understand that the payment method bank transfer will be blocked if too many unpaid orders are cancelled within a short period of time. |
