My credit card has been rejected. Why?

Before credit card payments are accepted by element 5, a number of routine security checks are performed. If your card has not passed one or more of these tests, it is rejected. To resolve this problem, please contact element 5 and explain your problem to them.

Please remember to always state your order reference number when dealing with element 5.

Please understand that the final decision to accept a credit card rests with element 5. If they decide not to accept your credit card, you will have to use a different card or another payment method.
