Why did I not receive an email sent by the Lost Account Interface or by customer support?

Whenever you request a new password at the Lost Account Interface an email containing a confirmation key is sent to the email address your account is assigned to. If you have not received the email yet, it is possible that it did not reach you for some reason. First of all, your mailbox must not be full. Also, please make sure your email spam filter does not identify the email as spam and block it. Note that it is possible that you receive one Tibia email in your normal folder, but a later email is directed to your junk box. Tibia emails you find in your spam filter should be marked as "No junk" or "No spam" to make sure you always receive our emails from noreply@tibia.com, payments@cipsoft.com, tech@cipsoft.com or support@tibia.com. We recommend you add those emails to your email address book or contact list.
