I bought premium time for a friend, but he rejected the payment. Which options do I have now?

You have 3 options to choose from. If the player has accidentally rejected your payment, we can reassign it to his account. Also, we can transfer the payment to a different Tibia account of your choice. Finally, we can also refund the money to you.

Please send an email to customer support (billing@tibia.com) and let us know what you want us to do. Please do not forget to include the payment's order reference number. If you decide to transfer the payment to another player's account, we also need the name of one of the characters on that account.
