I receive the message "Wrong account data has been entered from your IP address too often". Why?
For security reasons IP addresses are blocked from login for 30 minutes if a wrong password is entered too often from that IP address. Please note that if you enter a wrong password again after these 30 minutes, the time span will be extended. If you are playing in a network and you are certain that your password is correct, please contact the system administrator to either find out who the abuser is or to adjust the network so that it cannot be abused. You might consider changing your internet provider if the problem remains.
In case you have forgotten your password or a hacker has changed it please use the Lost Account Interface
. The correct password will be sent to the email address your Tibia account is assigned to once you have proved that you are the rightful holder of the account.
