My account is connected to an authenticator. What do I do if I cannot access my connected device anymore?
In case your mobile phone, tablet etc. breaks or gets lost, you need to use your recovery key to disconnect your Tibia account from the authenticator. Go to the Lost Account Interface
and select the option to remove an authenticator from your Tibia account. Follow the instructions given there.
Once you have successfully removed the authenticator, you are welcome to connect your Tibia account to an authenticator on a different device.
