How can I cancel my subscription if I have lost access to my account? If you have lost access to your account, try to get it back by using the Lost Account Interface. Once you have it back, you can simply click on the button "Cancel Subscription" on your account page. If there is no way for you to recover your account, please write an email to customer support billing@tibia.com. |
