I have bought premium time for somebody else, but it is not assigned yet. What is wrong? For security reasons, payments that have been made for somebody else have to be accepted by the recipient of the premium time period. To do so, this player has to log into his account page. There he will find a note about the open payment on the top of this page. All he has to do is to press the "View" button at the corresponding table and follow the instructions on the forthcoming pages. Once the payment has been accepted, the premium time will be activated upon the next login. |
