I want a refund of my premium time? What do I have to do? A refund for premium time can only be claimed within the first 14 days after the payment has arrived. Also, the premium time period must not have been used yet. Please send an email to billing@tibia.com and tell us the name of your character and the order reference number to verify the payment. But note that we will not give you a refund if you have already used this premium time period. |
