Recovery TAN Not Arrived
If your recovery TAN has not arrived, please check the following list:
- Ensure that your phone's network coverage is very good.
- Remove unwanted text messages to make sure your phone's memory is not full.
- Restart your phone to refresh network access. We recommend you keep it off for at least 10 minutes.
- Check your phone's applications or settings to make sure there's no filter in place which blocks our text messages.
- If possible, try swapping your SIM card to another device and retry.
If this does not help, please log into your account and contact customer support. In case you cannot access your account anymore, please contact us via [email protected] Please include your mobile phone number and one of your character names in your message.
Also note, we know from experience that some phone carrier companies have problems processing international text messages, so we cannot guarantee that the text message will always reach its destination.
