Why Can't I Add My Account to the Tibia Observer?
If you receive the error message that you cannot add an account to the Tibia Observer, it is usually accompanied by one of the following notifications:
Invalid token entered: The token you are trying to use is invalid or has expired. Get a new token in the Tibia Observer section on your account management page on the Tibia website.
Account is already linked to this device: You are trying to add an account which you have already linked to the Tibia Observer.
You cannot add more than three accounts: You have already reached the maximum of accounts that you can add to the Tibia Observer app. If you like to add another account, you first have to unlink one of the accounts that are currently linked to the Tibia Observer.
Account is already linked to the Tibia Observer app on a different device: You are trying to add an account that is already connected with the Tibia Observer via a different device. If you like to add the account to a Tibia Observer on a new device, you first have to unlink the account from the Tibia Observer app on the other device. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on the Tibia website.
- Go to the section "Tibia Observer".
- Click on "Unlink" to remove the Tibia Observer from your current device.
- Link your account to a new device.
Note that all current rules and settings will be deleted by clicking on "Unlink".
